Shipping & Returns
According to the legislative decree May 22, 1999, No. 185 "ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DIRECTIVE 97/7/EC OF CONSUMER PROTECTION IN THE MATTER OF distance contract, the customer (if it qualifies as a" consumer "within the meaning of" article 1 letter b) of D. Decree No 22 May 1999 185) has the right to terminate the contract and return the ordered goods without any penalty;
and without giving any reason, within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the Products.
5.1.1 Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 for contracts:
a) for the supply of services if performance has begun, with the consumer"s agreement before the expiry of 10 days;
b) for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market outside the supplier"s control;
c) supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
d) supply of audio or computer software unsealed by the consumer;
s) supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
f) for gaming and lotteries.
5.2 The right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 must be exercised by the customer, on penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter Light Up Service & C. S.r.l. Via Stezzano 18 - 24052 Azzano San Paolo (BG), within 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the Products. The notification referred to above may be sent, within the same period, by fax to +39 035 533932 , as long as it is confirmed by registered letter within 48 (forty eight) hours after the sending of the telegram or fax.
5.3 All returns (which must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by original packaging) must be licensed.
The customer can return the product to the following address:
"Light Up Service & C S.r.l. Via Stezzano 18 - 24052 Azzano San Paolo (BG)"
We will not accept parcels on delivery.
5.4 Once you received the Products (and verified their integrity, it shall, within 30 days of receiving notice of the withdrawal, to credit the customer, by bank transfer, the cost of returned products (as indicated in receipt), retaining, if necessary, the amount of shipping which will remain permanently in the customer"s expense. The client is provided promptly to the bank details for the transfer (ABI, CAB, account number) .
